I'm reading and loving the Wheel of Time. My friend who got me to finally pick it up (Thank you!) isn't sure what order to have me add in New Spring.

Should I read them in publication order? Where would that put each it? I can look up publication order, but is that the best way to do it?

If not, where should I read New Spring? He thought maybe after The Great Hunt, but the internet is saying after Lord of Chaos at the earliest.

I'd read it in publication order, which would put it after #8. I think I just randomly saw it at the library after finishing #9 and I really enjoyed reading it then. I don't remember too much about it, but it seems like it would spoil some things to read it after #2.
