Relaxation and mentality

One of the blogs I read is usually about games, but today there was an entry about how the author learned to train herself differently--from relaxing her mouth to sitting without her legs crossed: http://www.linehollis.com/2014/03/07/th ... my-throat/ She also talks about how she changed her mental voice from second to first person, which she feels helped her self-talk be less threatening.
I often wonder how much of my unconscious habits affect my mental health. I also think it's interesting that she brings up gait, since one's gait can often tell you if they have brain damage or an inebriated (http://www.neuroexam.com/neuroexam/content.php?p=38). I find that now that I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy, the way I get up from lying down on the floor is different (I support myself on my knees and rise slowly to prevent lightheadedness). I don't have much to say except that it's interesting.
