So I wonder what caused the Daily Universe to censor the June 27th Non Sequitur. If anything, it supports the Honor Code and all that, right? I.e., premature sex can lead to "unintended consequences," so that would be one reason not to do so?

They also censored Dilbert a few months ago when there was a hispanic by the name of Jesus (pronounced hey*zues) in it.

I've never been able to figure out those types of decisions. This one especially doesn't make much sense. If you talk to anyone at Newsnet they sound very confident about their "freedom of the press," but the reality is somewhat different. I don't mean that as criticism; I just think it's odd. I don't really fault the university or the Church for censoring stuff. If I were them, I'd rule with an iron fist. I'd be interested to see how those decisions are made.

Exactly. I don't feel inconvenienced for having had to find it online, and I'm not going to write an angry letter, but as someone who reads the comics regularly, it's very obvious when they substitute it with one that ran earlier that month.

Just seems odd, is all.
