NaNoWriMo
I figured since there are a few people on the Board board that are participating in NaNoWriMo that it would make sense to have a topic here.
Besides which, my story just became incredibly scary, dark, and creepy, (Which is odd, since I don't even like horror stories or scary movies.) so I need to take a break and do something lighthearted.
Like laugh at Bob as I get farther and farther ahead of her. ;D

Dear Fredji, you are a penguin. : P
Well, I started writing my story just before the other main character was supposed to appear. And then I found out that that other mc was actually more of a minor character or something, so I wrote about half the book in 2000 words 'cause I thought it wasn't that important. OOPS.
Also, I chose a really good time to get sick. I will catch up!!

The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

Lol. What can I say? I'm a competitive kinda fellow. ;D
A write in might be fun. Would we do it on campus somewhere? That seems like it might be the best choice, since we could get somewhere quietish. Though finding somewhere quietish that allows real food might be tricky. . .
(GAH! I've gotten into the habit of saving stuff every time I pause while writing. It doesn't work so well in a browser. ;D )
And the "ye olde english" thing was about your "2000 language thing." Just trying to figure out what that was about.

I'm here to remind you two that I'm also doing it, although I'm not quite as far as Fred, I'm not doing bad. My story is incredibly cheesy, but it'll be okay. Because I'm actually writing it!!
As for a write-in, I'm all for it. I'd love to get together with you guys! Wahoo! When do we want to do it? Also, is it against the rules to have more than one?

You have to check who you're buddies of, not just who your buddies are. I added you as well. And I'm totally for a write in. I find that I actually seem to be writing better when I write chunks of it out on paper and then type it up later. And if any one wants to see the family tree I made for my MC, check my blog.
But yeah, yesterday was pretty pathetic as far as what I wrote. I ended the evening 700 words off my goal. But hey, I'll catch up. I have to prove my mom wrong.
Is it bad that a lot of my motivations in life is to prove someone wrong? My blanket, my trip to Texas, and now Nanowrimo? Oh well.
Anyhow, let me know when and where and I'll totally come to a write in.

I just remembered I get to pick up my dad from the airport at 2 on friday. But I can probably still do it at 4 or 5.
Werf_Must: it's not just you. It's been really slow for me, too. I think they're adding a new server tonight, they said the site would be down for half an hour while they were doing that. What's your 'nym on the site?
