Well, as of now all major news networks are showing Obama as the winner.
Thoughts? Opinions? Anyone moving to Canada?

Mexico is closer to me.

You know what, I did my part. And moving away isn't going to help anyone else any. So no. I'm staying. Although I could claim Canadian citizenship if I wanted. At least I could have when I was younger, I haven't actually looked into it recently.
And I didn't care much for either candidate, so whatever happens I tried my best to fight both of them.

Don't hate me.

Utah is always a red state... your vote didn't make the difference, if that makes them feel better!
I hope he holds true to his 4,000 dollars on tuition to any student that volunteers for 100 hours, that would make me very very very very happy (and maybe a better writer so I wouldn't use so many verys? Nah)...
I feel bad for Obama though, it is so sad that he lost his grandma, the person that basically raised him, days before winning the election...

Meh. I didn't like either and I don't really care. Either way the National Debt doesn't grow smaller.
Did they achieve their super majority?

It cracks me up when angry Republicans say they're moving to Canada. Canada is way more socialist than Obamamerica will ever be.

Hence Mexico, dear.

Most of the people I voted for got in. I think the fact that America will now be liked in the world for the first time in a decade is very encouraging.
I think it's interesting how much footing the GOP lost in UT from 2004 to 2008? I think any time that Utah approaches a true two-party system, it's a Good Thing.

We'll see how much we will be liked. It seems like Russia is getting awfully antsy over there, and it worries me.

Looks like the country has become a lot more republican since 1992...

indeed it has, which is exactly what one would suspect from the historical record... republican revolution in '94, republicans taking the white house in '00. and after 8 years of bush, it looks like the country is now swinging back to blue.
