How low can your ferritin get?

Mine was 2 for a while. I was functioning, but I was tired all the time and sleeping probably 12 hours a day and getting short of breath when walking half a block on flat ground. My hemoglobin was also pretty low. Then I found out I had celiac disease, and now my body can absorb iron again!
