Generally speaking, when you see something listed at a price significantly below the usual prices for the area (as that Castlebrook listing is) there's a very, very good reason for it. I learned that when I was house hunting a couple years ago - you may spend less on the initial cost but you'll make up for it in repairs/renovations later. It took me a little bit to realize that, but I bumped up the price ranges I was searching in (but stayed well within my budget!) and found a very nice place that needed no repairs.
Also, never ever ever live at Castlebrook.
