TGIO!!!!!
Well, actually, it isn't yet. But it will be soon!
Oh, right. No one knows what I'm talking about.
We want to have a Thank Goodness It's Over party - we NaNo people, that is. Considering the impending end of the semester and all that that entails, and how late we tend to stay up when we get together, we don't have many choices for days.
So, our choices are: Friday the 5th, which means the party would consist of waiting in line, watching Divine Comedy, and then going to my house, m&m's house, or somewhere to finish; or Friday the 12th.
Ha! Scratch that. m&m can't come on the 12th.
So! We're having a party on the 5th: we will wait in line together, go to the 7:00 Divine Comedy together, and then go to some house or somewhere. Shout out of you're planning to attend. And before you ask, there are rides available. Just say you need one, and we'll arrange things.

The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

Ah, that would explain it. Mine is actually 218 pages in a Word document, 1" top and bottom margins, and 1.25" side (the default.) Font is Helvetica, 12. Single spaced, block paragraphs.
4.4368 letters per word average.
(Oh, and the Word document is 1.2 megabytes, more than twice as big as the RTF document.)

Ok, I'm still confused how mine is that much smaller. Must be the version of word I'm saving it as. I used 12 point Times New Roman with bold 14 Cambria chapter headings. I have 1" margins right, left, top and bottom, because that's what I use for classes and what word 2007 uses as default. But my end result is only 76 pages long.
