You're on. Let's see, how many days is 4.6 months....(checks calender) about 140 days from today, which is January 12th 2009. I'll make the top ten by then.Nanti-SARRMM wrote:I estimate 4.6 months with current posting trends. And Orb, you're wrong. Did you factor in the other poster's rates of posting to determine the intersection point?yellow m&m wrote:You're on. I assume that Sam factored that in to get his 4.6 months. He did say current posting trends, I'm just assuming he factored in everyones trends, not just mine.orb360 wrote:Did you factor in the other poster's rates of posting to determine the intersection point?yellow m&m wrote:You're on. The 4.6 months was how long it would take to pass A mom, but not yours. (since she's #10)
Well I can't figure out how to get excel to do a linear graph yet, it keeps being weird on me, but from an online graph... well apparently my math was way off. Yellow M&M... with your current rate of .26 posts/day, you won't ascend to the top 10 for quite a while.
As for Orb, if he keeps this up he'll be in the top 10 within a month.

It's just that low because I've been on the message board for over a year, and only made a hundred or so posts. I thought you were talking about current trends (like me posting a whole lot more now).Nanti-SARRMM wrote:your current rate of .26 posts/day, you won't ascend to the top 10 for quite a while.

Why don't you want to peak too soon?orb360 wrote:Well I'm pretty sure ascending to the top ten on the 100 hour board forum will be the high point in my life.
Mabye I should pull it back a little... I don't want to peak too soon

He just barely added it actually.xkcd *** wrote:This is the first time I read your signature Orb. Now I'm curious... when do these Chuck Norris jokes die?
And the jokes die when and if Chuck dies. Seeing that Death is scared of him, I don't think they'll ever die as long as he is around.

Anyone with Chuck's true support has a 100% chance of winning.bismark wrote:chuck norris died when he endorsed mike huckabee.
Huckabee dropped out
Therefore Huckabee did not have Chuck's true support.
QED
Also... I highly suspect he was just getting close enough to round house kick him without arousing suspicion
