It's ok. The mb hates me. It wouldn't let me log in for a half hour from the time I first tried until I finally got on.

So, I had no idea what HG2G stood for. And I googled it. And then felt dumb, given my name. Guess I was just out of the loop on the lingo!

Maybe it's avoiding you. Does it return phone calls?
Maybe it is trying to tell you that it wants to see other readers?
Wait, bob is dating the 100 hour board? What would the ride board say?

The ride board actually isn't dating anyone at all, well not steadily at least, and doesn't want to tie itself down one person. So I doubt the Ride Board cares too much. Also according to gossip, the ride board and and the job/employment board have been flirting shamelessly for the past few days.

Funny.

I think we need to get Heavens To reading the Board if she doesn't already. She'd love it.

I'm guessing that "Heavens To" stands for somebody named Betsy?

I know a Betsy. Don't think it's the same one, though.

Oh, Heavens to get enough dose of random living with me. She doesn't need to be on here.

I posted a link to the 100 Hour Board on this other message board I frequent. I doubt they'll get any converts, but I'm doing my part.
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

Why do I always come off as a jerk when something needs to be said?

Cause computers are soul-less, heartless abominations? Cause maybe that is required for that something to be said to those who need to get the message? Cause throwing a fork just causes confusion? Cause one of those who maybe needed that something said was also participating in the same youthful manner? Because the sugar was spilled and wasn't cleaned up in a timely manner?

Yeah I don't think any of those are the reasons. and the computers were more for our entertainment than to tell you anything. Although flying forks is cause for a fit of hysterical laughter. Be glad it wasn't a knife. Knives have been known to fall/drop/fly when near me.

Two things:

I just found out that a class in which I have yet to turn in a 150 point paper doesn't accept late work.

I brought Siri to school with me today.

I bet she enjoyed that. Good luck with the paper.

And yes Unit, I am very grateful it was not a knife.

well you know the first time I met a certain person I dropped a knife at his feet. And my best friend in high school and I used to shred boxes with box cutters. I also sold knives one summer, so that I could afford to buy the knives for my self. Knives and I go way back. but I never throw them at people.
