Mine's really not very good, because I reformatted my hard drive at Christmas, then, um, quit school so stopped listening to as much music, except on Sundays. So like all of mine are Sunday music. I'll go through and list the ones that aren't just Sunday songs, because that's really not interesting.

(Oh, and also my cell phone now plays music. That changed things.)

1. acquiesce -- The Ahrens Band* (19)
2. Eric's Song -- Vienna Teng (15)
3. The Scientist -- Coldplay (14)
4. Out in the Park -- Sarah Slean (14)
5. Mission Street -- Vienna Teng (14)
6. Valley Winter Song -- Fountains of Wayne (13)
7. Gravity -- Vienna Teng (13)
8. In My Place -- Coldplay
9. Oh, What Do You Do in the Summertime -- InsideOut (12)
10. No Place At All -- Sarah Slean (11)
11. The Hardest Part -- Coldplay (11)
12. Bedshaped -- Keane (11)
13. Such Great Heights -- Postal Service (11)
14. Modern Man I & II -- Sarah Slean (11)
15. Momentum -- Vienna Teng (11)
16. Enough to Go By -- Vienna Teng (11)
17. Harbor -- Vienna Teng (11)
18. Hope On Fire -- Vienna Teng (11)
19. Hope On Fire -- Bonus Track -- Vienna Teng (11)
20. L'homme arme tune -- Norton Recordings (10)
21. Strange and Beautiful (I'll Put a Spell On You) -- Aqualung (10)
22. Pressure Suit -- Aqualung (10)
23. 2000 Miles -- Coldplay (10)
24. Parachutes -- Coldplay (10)
25. What I've Been Looking For -- High School Musical (10)

*Okay, so this is a religious song, kinda, but since it's the song I listen to on my phone every night when I'm trying to sleep, its play count is definitely the highest.

Honorable Mention goes to: Brighter Than Sunshine -- Aqualung, which had the highest all-time play count before I lost it to the reformat. (I'm thinking 90 plays, here.) Yeah, Mico!

Can you guess what my favorite artist is?

Mine is not as representative of my musical tastes as it is of the combined taste of my wife and me. Jason Mraz and Dido, as well as Ben Folds, are options that we find fit our collective liking. My musical tastes (Phish, Amfibian, and other jambands) still manage to make it into the top 25, but they'll probably be pushed out soon. To remedy this, I will now put on some Medeski, Martin, and Wood.

1. I'm Yours - Jason Mraz
2. Lucky - Jason Mraz
3. Butterfly - Jason Mraz
4. Make it Mine - Jason Mraz
5. Live High - Jason Mraz
6. Love for a Child - Jason Mraz
7. Coyotes - Jason Mraz
8. Details in the Fabric - Jason Mraz
9. Only Human - Jason Mraz
10. Skip the Goodbyes - Amfibian
11. A Beautiful Mess - Jason Mraz
12. See You in Sydney - Amfibian
13. Songs of Love - Ben Folds
14. The Dynamo of Volition - Jason Mraz
15. If It Kills Me - Jason Mraz
16. Listen - Amos Lee
17. In Between Days - Ben Folds
18. Hunter - Dido
19. My Lover's Gone - Dido
20. Sugar Shack - Phish
21. Heretics - Andrew Bird
22. All U Can Eat - Ben Folds
23. Here with Me - Dido
24. Don't Think of Me - Dido
25. Thank You - Dido

My coworker makes fun of mine all the time (which is why I was thinking of it). It doesn't hit a non-Broadway song/singer until number 63. Hmm.... Admittedly, I got a new computer less than a year ago so it's mostly recent Broadway picks.

1. Storybook (from The Scarlet Pimpernel) - Rachel York
2. The Riddle (from TSP) - Douglas Sills, Rachel York and Rex Smith
3. Back to Before (from Ragtime) - Rachel York
4. Storybook (again!) - Linda Eder
5. Is This Any Way to Fall In Love? - Linda Eder
6. Home Again (from TSP) - Linda Eder
7. Man of la Mancha (from Don Quixote) - Linda Eder
8. Into the Fire (from TSP) - Douglas Sills
10. I'll Forget You (from TSP) - Rachel York
11. She Was There (from TSP) - Douglas Sills
12. Thou Swell (from A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court) - Douglas Sills and Rebecca Luker
13. When I Look at You (from TSP) - Linda Eder
14. Our Story So Far (from Summer of '42) - Rachel York
15. How Can Love Survive? (from The Sound of Music) - Douglas Sills
16. Big Time - Linda Eder
17. Now When the Rain Falls (from TSP) - Linda Eder
18. Promise of the Morning (from Summer of '42) - Rachel York
19. Someone Like You (from Jekyll and Hyde) - Linda Eder
20. Kiss Me, Kate (from, oh, Kiss Me, Kate -- go figure) - Brent Barrett
21. Vienna - Linda Eder
22. We Are Women (from Candide) - Kristin Chenoweth and Patti LuPone
23. I Hate Men (from Kiss Me, Kate) - Rachel York
24. I Want More - Linda Eder
25. Heaven Help My Heart (from Chess) - Idina Menzel

Good luck anything else pushing these out as #25 has been played 401 times.

5. O God Our Help in Ages Past (BYU Concert Choir)
6. Sodom, South Georgia (Iron & Wine)
7. Suerte (Shakira)
8. 1979 (Smashing Pumpkins)
9. Redeemer of Israel (BYU Combined Choirs)
10. Unwritten (Natasha Beddingfield)
11. Killer Queen (Queen)
12. As Zion's Youth in Latter Days (Young Women choir from conference)
13. Agnus Dei (BYU University Chorale)
14. If You Could Hie to Kolob (BYU University Singers)
15. Simple Gifts (BYU Women's Chorus)
16. I Wanna Be In The Cavalry (Corb Lund)
17. Come, We That Love The Lord (BYU University Singers)
18. Psalm 150 (BYU University Chorale)
19. Be Still, My Soul (BYU Concert Choir)
20. On Your Wings (Iron & Wine)
21. This Is The Christ (BYU University Singers)

Apparently I listen to a lot of church music, and some Iron & Wine and Smashing Pumpkins every now and then.

I love all of those songs! Even though there's not nearly enough Elvis or Queen to be truly representative of what I listen to.

My top twenty five definitely portray me as a narcissistic person. One thing to keep in mind is that I usually skip the last second or two, thus not adding to the play count of the song. And there are 31 songs, because the last several were all at 10 plays.

1. Julie's Song, Beggars Can't be Choosers, 12
2. Julie Ann, Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver, 12
3. I Can't Figure Julie Out, Joe Matzzie Beyond Belief, 12
4. Like Me, Kenny Chesney, 12
5. Julie's Song, Rick Redington, 12
6. Kiss The Girl, from Little Mermaid, 12
7. Ever Ever After, from Enchanted, 11
8. Julie, Bobby Fuller Four, 11
9. Do you Love Me?, from Fiddler on the Roof, 11
10. The One After 9:09, Carmen Rassmussen, 11
11. Headlight Disco, The Click Five, 11
12. This Romeo Ain't got Julie Yet, Diamond Rio, 11
13. Superman, Five for Fighting, 11
14. Starts with Goodbye, Carrie Underwood, 10
15. Ready for Love, Cascada, 10
16. White Flag, Dido, 10
17. Hey Julie, Fountains of Wayne, 10
18. Crawling in the Dark, Hoobastank, 10
19. Sold (The Grundy County Auction), John Michael Montgomery, 10
20. A Dream for Julie, The Kaleidoscopes, 10
21. Probably Wouldn't Be This Way, LeAnn Rimes, 10
22. Crawling, Linkin Park, 10
23. Julie, Oliver Lukas, 10
24. Whoa, Paramore, 10
25. Julie, Spike Ivory, 10
26. Sidewalks [Acoustic], Story of the Year, 10
27. Julie, Tony Weeks, 10
28. crucio!, the unforgivable curses, 10
29. When the Boy in your Arms (Is the boy in your heart), Connie Fransic, 10
30. Back to the Palace, from Into the Woods, 10
31. Where You Are, , 10

I bet none of you can guess what my name is. And wow do I have an eclectic collection of music.

Here's mine:

1. Nothing

It's been months since I've listened to any music (besides ambient, TV, etc, of course). I rarely have the desire to listen to music, and I've never understood why people insist on near-constant musical distraction.

I use mine to cover up a coworker's what we call "snot-smacks". She's had a stuffy nose for WELL over a year now (allergies?) and she'll sniff really loud, suck the phlegm out of her throat and back into her mouth, smack on it and swallow. Over and over. All day long. Tell me music isn't better than that. TMI? Probably, but I hear it all. day. every. day.

She's also been out sick for two days and I haven't turned on my music at all.

I spend a lot of time in my apartment alone and I grew up with 6 noisy siblings, so I use music to fill the apartment.

My top played is a folk song, and it has 218 plays. My 25th is a Barenaked Ladies song and has 93 plays. The stuff in the middle is Barenaked Ladies, They Might Be Giants, Hairspray, and then a couple of weird ones.
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

I can't believe how lame all of your lists are. You should be ashamed of your horrible taste in crappy music for dorks.
