I recently discovered a line of indian food products in Macey's. They are fabulous! Most of them are really simple- cook chicken, mix in packaged sauce, serve over rice. And soooo yummy. Making Indian food from scratch involves a lot of spices I don't have on hand. But the prepackaged sauces are awesome.
