My boyfriend's singing in Priesthood session. I'm so jealous that I can't go hear him.

Wow. I never cease to be amazed by Elder Holland. He has the potent ability to be simultaneously poetic and lucid that is seemingly unmatched. That talk is the one to beat going into Sunday.

Conference weekend is so awesome. The next time someone asks me if there are any Mormon holidays, I'm going to say General Conference. I couldn't get video to work on my computer, though, so I had to make due with audio only :( It was a mild tragedy, but I managed. At least I'll get to see all their faces at priesthood session tonight.

I could only get the windows media player video to work. I have a macbook with snow leopard, and I've heard that other mac owners were having problems. I use VLC media player to play windows media files, in case anyone's wondering. But I couldn't get the church media player video or the BYUTV video to work, and they used to work just fine.

I can't tell you how excited I am for tomorrow! I love Conference.

Now, though, I love sleep. Fair trade, I think, for being alert and mostly attentive during the sessions.

It was just so interesting! You know, sometimes there are talks that really don't interest me very much, but at the end of all of them I was always like, "Well, that was good."

Yay.

This was me:

First talk - "Well, look at that, already a talk that sounds like it was just for me."

Second talk - "Wow! Another talk that was just for me!"

Third talk - "Are all of these talks for me?? Awesome."

And so on. : D
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

Presidents Uchtdorf and Monson were both amazing this morning.

I agree, Bob, lots of talks that seemed really personal to things I needed. Also, I somehow scored a blind date on Sunday morning- to the floor of the Conference center. I was about thirty feet away from President Monson while he was giving his closing address for that session about Easter and the resurrection, incidentally the one talk that made me cry fountains.
