Short story #2: Chuck Palahniuk (I don't know who this is, but I think this short story is some of my best writing.)

My favorite books by Chuck Palahnuik are Fight Club and Lullaby. He's a bit of a more obscure writer, but once you discover him, you realize how talented he really is. I probably wouldn't have given his books a try if it hadn't been for my brother absolutely insisting that I do (and my brother is an extremely casual reader but absolutely loves anything by Chuck Palahniuk).
