I would be willing to post links to the days of my favorites if people want to do that.
Well, that's part of why we added the last week/month/quarter/year options; those are far more likely to remain dynamic and interesting.

Boy howdy am I behind on these days.

I took some initiative and chose some days that contain my favorites. Kind of randomly. I'm not sure this is the kind of thing we want at all.

Got a few more where those came from, I just decided it'd be fun to start at the oldest. Can retract if we want to start more recently.

Edit: My grammar is atrocious in this post! Curse you, internet, for Causing me not to Care about Comma splices anymore.

If it helps, so am I. :D
These are great, but I actually think we should start a separate thread for them. (They're still part of the greater goal of making the stats more interesting, but I think the favorites thread would be a lot more fun to browse separately.) I've copied these over to a separate thread.

Plus, I'm going to ask for the ability to view the top 10 within any time frame, at some point. (But I figured I'd rally the troops to actually rate stuff in the archives, first.)

I'm pretty sure that was in our plans, actually (at least going down to the month level); it was just easier to do the way it is now, first, and then go back later and change it if we still wanted to. :)

OK, even I'm not keeping up with these, any more.

Another option, if you're just looking to get a scattered distribution of "likes" throughout the archives, is to just use the "I'm Board" link a few times and rate each of those. It's not going to give you as much as rating everything for a month, but it would be more than nothing, anyway.

That's a good idea. For me, though, it's easier to rate things if I have other questions and answers to compare them to. (Of course, I could always open two tabs and click "I'm Board" on both of them.)

Every once in a while I think about how we had such ambitions for this thread.

I don't even remember this thread...
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.
