Hooray for being home from the hospital! I have been following your comments on Twitter, m&m, just not saying anything. (Because I get on twitter to see if anyone is talking to me/about me/about the business and not for fun.)

Um, yeah, we're all in Missouri now. Where are you?

I saw someone who looked a lot like Gimmy on campus today. I did not stop to confirm because I was unshowered, unbrushed, and wearing pajamas at the time.

If the second coming is being announced on Twitter, I'm converting to Islam.

It's true, Christians are very prejudiced against Muslims.

Yesterday was the 10 year anniversary of the day I left to start my freshman year at BYU.

I'm back. Probably didn't know I was gone but I was and while it's nice to be inside with running water I would rather watch a movie than respond to all the emails I got with emergencies that only I can fix. I figure, I was on vacation for two and a half days, waiting until tomorrow won't hurt anyone except for their stress levels.

Except I think I will probably read instead of watch a movie. I'll do anything but respond to the emails with emergencies only I can fix.

Alone I sit with an origami bowl of dry cheerios because almost all of my stuff (including bowls) is in my sister's storage.

^ read cheeto's, was somewhat mystified at why dry was added as a qualifier. Gotcha.

Would a wax-paper origami bowl hold milk? Or more importantly: how quickly can you eat your cheerios?

Well, I don't have any wax paper lying around, but I do happen to have some old blank sheets of Mylar. I'll try it if I get really desperate, but I'm reluctant for a few reasons:
1. This stuff is old. Like I don't know how old it is, maybe older than me type of old.
2. I don't know how safe it us to eat off of Mylar, even if it is fresh.
3. I don't have any scissors handy.

Today is my first day as a second grade teacher -- something I'm pretty sure I never thought I'd be.

Today is my first day teaching high school math, something I've been planning on for the last 10 years (not that it makes it any less intimidating).
