Ok, HM, you have redeemed yourself. This one is really awesome.
Re: Provo Tabernacle
I hope they make a donation fund or something... because I think they could get enough money to rebuild. I know I would donate.

Re: Provo Tabernacle
They did! Look up Rebuild Provo Tabernacle on Facebook. But I wouldn't donate just yet...wait until the Church actually decides whether they want to rebuild it or not.
Re: Provo Tabernacle
yeah, my thoughts exactly. Thanks for the link though.

Stake conferences, organ concerts, Messiah sing-alongs, plus my high school used to have Christmas concerts and graduations there.thebigcheese wrote:Yeah, that probably wouldn't be very appreciated...C is for wrote:My sister's Facebook status was asking people what events they'd gone to at the Tabernacle. I really wanted to say "a barbecue" but decided that would be inappropriate. HM's graphic just reminded me of that.
I've been to a few stake conferences and a choir concert there. I also went exploring around the perimeter with my husband while we were dating. We found an abandoned scoreboard in the bushes by the boiler room (the big smokestack just west of the tabernacle). Totally random. I wonder if it's still there.
