Anyone else (specifically Niffler, but I'm not picky) have any theories?

Yes. I think Mico slightly misunderstood what the question about the voices actually was. In the second movie, Harry and Ron's voices don't change to Crabbe and Goyle's voices. They stay their own, so they had to pretend to sound more like them. I haven't seen DH yet so I don't how it worked with the seven Harrys.

But either way, in the books, the voices change along with everything else. When Harry calls out, he's surprised to hear Goyle's voice issuing out from him. He takes off his glasses because to his surprise he doesn't need them anymore. At least voice and eyesight change along with the person.

Eirene had a good experimental set up to figure out if pregnancy is retained across persons; she's right that while components of self obviously change (voice, eyesight) we haven't been told specifically about anything else. We can guess, though:

When Harry and Ron changed into Crabbe and Goyle, the thugs had been stuffing their faces in the Great Hall forever. We can safely assume they were uncomfortably full. Harry never mentioned feeling uncomfortably full when he turned into Goyle (unless he did; sometime I'll be motivated enough to leave bed and go get the book to check), so maybe that didn't change across. Oh wait! The real Goyle was still around, with his stomach uncomfortably full of food. Gamp's Law of Transformation, etc., so forth, would make it difficult to conjure up more food just for the purposes of being identical. That is why Harry did not feel uncomfortably full. Stomach contents don't multiply over.

I think, despite that evidence, my hypothesis is that the fetus vanishes when its mother changes into someone else. That's what makes the most sense to me. Since it's magic, it could pop back in when she returns to herself (and that would certainly be a sign to hightail it out of the scene if she hasn't left yet), but I also further surmise that it causes problems with the pregnancy, and pregnant women are strongly encouraged not to partake of Polyjuice Potion.

I don't figure that a fetus would transfer over either; someone impersonating a pregnant woman might appear pregnant, but I don't think there would really be a baby inside. I mean, what if you got someone's hair and turned into them within an hour of birth? How could there be another baby born just due to Polyjuice? I'm not convinced they'd even appear pregnant; unless DNA changes when you're with child (this is the kind of thing I should know, but I don't; education fail), the template used to become someone else doesn't include the fetus. If you were serious about looking like the pregnant lady, you'd have to do some other magic on top of the Polyjuice.

Those are my theories. I also want to add that it would be ridiculous for Tonks to use Polyjuice at any time in her life, pregnant or no. She can much more easily transform without any potions, and she can do it while still keeping her baby safe.

I'm gonna pretty much agree with everything that C4 said.

Except that I doubt that Goyle felt uncomfortably full. If he did so, he wouldn't have eaten a cupcake. Or at least would have hesitated. My guess is that he just always stuffs his face and his body is used to it. Then again, Harry isn't used to it, so maybe Harry would feel uncomfortably full in Goyle's body. But I don't think Goyle did. (Plus Harry won't because of dear old Gamp.)

Mostly this was just a tongue-in-cheek addition.
