And...it looks like I'm out. It should have been "Mud is all around I guess it's spring."

And before I forget: Day 7 Participants--all pass. I'll have to wait for Marduk to tell for Day 8.

C is for wrote:Oh, I have a question that I meant to ask this morning. Would saying something like "We are the Prankster Band, blah blah blah" be okay, even though the Prankster band doesn't really exist (either in real life or in the fictional world of the Electric Company)? We're at least giving them a title as musicians, right?

(the lyrics go more like "when we play we play proudly, or loudly, and marching might be somewhere in there" instead of "blah blah blah" but it's pretty obvious why I'm not actually going to use it.)
Somehow I missed this earlier.
Yes, fake musicians are allowed as long as the context makes it obvious that they are musicians.

Well, I should admit that I just happened to play the Snow Patrol song a couple days ago, so that helped with my magically remembering the lyrics. If you want to disqualify me for cheating-like behavior.

Nah. As long as you weren't looking for it, you're good. I don't expect everyone to restrict their music listening habits to instrumental or to a language they don't understand.

Day 8:
C4
Marduk

Out:
Me, myself, and cat

Now, we have sudden death: C is for and Marduk, go back and forth as fast as you can. If one of you gives up or fails to post within 24 hours of the previous post, you are eliminated and the other is proclaimed champion.

Meh, I've already won a round. Marduk can take this one.

(For the record, the song I could only remember a few words of was from Cats, the Jellicle Cats song. "something by someone, and waltzes by Strauss, something C, and something triumphant, she brings down the house.")

The ones I couldn't use were "Rock Me Amadeus" and "Roll Over, Beethoven."

Marduk is thinking about what to do. He's just taking his own sweet time about it.
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

Encore lives! (I have several ideas, but I'll probably never win.)

Bob, I can't believe that neither you nor I thought of "I'm Lindana and I Wanna Have Fun."

Huh.

Yep, that's pretty sad.

Though I was still working though P&F when I messed up, so I may have eventually found it.
