What to do when I figure out a board writer's identity?

Post by Kissables »

I have figured out the identity of 3 board writers so far. I am way more excited than I should be. What should I do now that I have this powerful knowledge?

You should probably blackmail them for large sums of money.

Tragically, I don't know any writer who has large sums of money. Or who cares enough to be blackmailed. :)

Ah, excellent point, Dragon Lady. Well, you could always shoot for something smaller. Maybe blackmail them for a frozen yogurt? Mmmmmmm... frozen yogurt.

I usually just quietly follow their blogs and feel proud that I have such intimate knowledge of these people's lives.

Sometimes I also stalk them on Facebook.

One person sent me a message on Facebook and gave me a detailed description of how he found me out (it was super easy, apparently). It was a little creepy at first, but interesting nonetheless.....

I just quietly keep the knowledge to myself. Most all the ones I know are from meeting them in real life, but I don't even facebook-stalk those ones. Weird. Apparently I don't quite qualify for true "boardie" status.

I don't think it counts as facebook stalking if you add them AFTER you've met them.

DL, let's talk about a day and Bob and I will come over and make you chiles rellenos.

I never said a thing about adding anyone on Facebook.

I have met some in real life, but most of them I already recognized. Shoot, I needed a life back then.

(Not anymore, clearly. I have a writing-style crush on one of the writers and I haven't even bothered to put forth the effort to see if I can figure out who this person is. That's how little I care now!)

Before Saturday, not Wednesday or Monday. So, TTF.

there was a board question that answered this very question! It has some sort of joke answer. I doubt any of the current writers would get it though.

Also, I know I made some slips and I am probably pretty easy to find OH WELL LIFE GOES ON RIGHT

Whistler, I've given up trying. Luckily I'm not friends with many current writers, but if a Boardie gets you guys because of me... Oops?
