Mmmm... I made waffles for my dinner group. I wanted fluffy waffles, so I looked up this recipe online and, combined with buttermilk syrup... mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Aw, Craig, I want your dinner! Except my dinner was pretty good too.
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

Read that as "want you for dinner." Glad I reread that statement.bobtheenchantedone wrote:Aw, Craig, I want your dinner!

Hey, no, I said I liked my dinner! Don't deprive me of delicious pastas!

Mmmm, that looks good.
We had a southwestern salad, and I'm surprised how full it made me. The kids didn't eat much of it, so they had quesadillas, too. We've been having a lot of salads lately, since I got a salad spinner for my birthday. Best present.

So far, chips and salsa. Though I did have corned beef, cabbage, and potatoes for lunch.

Mashed potatoes with a chicken gravy (leftover from Hawaiian Haystacks the other night). Corn on the cob. Green salad. Dessert was a cake that Dragon Baby made 80% of.

Go Dragon Baby!
Marduk neglects to mention that we had portobello mushroom burgers for dinner. Well, the other adults had them. I tried it, then opted for the pre-packaged pasta salad the kids were served. Plus also strawberries. And then for dessert, some cake that is supposedly "the best chocolate cake in Dallas!" With more strawberries. Basically I've been eating strawberries all day.

I might have eaten half a package of Grasshoppers for dinner yesterday. It was a busy day.

We had take out from the Won Won Kafe.
I was really, really hoping I'd meet Lav Lav there.

Re: What's for dinner?
Cashews and limeade is a great combination of salty and sour. Not mixed together in something; just a bowl of cashews and a glass of ice cold limeade. And an episode of The Planets.
