67944 made me think of the Seinfeld episode about the not returned damaged but lost book Tropic of Cancer that all those decades later happened to be in George's deranged gym teacher's shopping cart.

I love that episode. Sooo funny! Like most episodes of Seinfeld.

There's also a really good episode of Married... with Children where Al finds a library book that was due back when he was a kid and now he has to return it to the same mean librarian.

I have gotten to the point that it's often cheaper in the long run to just buy the book off Amazon Prime.
