Right after I asked this question, I remembered that the violinist's sister is a horn player and her husband plays the ukelele. So, that might be my answer. I loved all of the answers from the boardies, though, especially the video linked by Yayfulness.

Oh! And I also thought of carillon and organ, because neither of those is portable, so they couldn't be in the same space, together. (But I imagine most carillonneurs are also organists, so then they could just play an organ duet.)

Yayful gets a point, because that was my first thought when I read the question.
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.
