I reached the maximum number of questions! I had no idea that you couldn't have any more than five unanswered questions at a time. I feel like I've made a huge step in life, like I have somehow reached a higher plane in the geometricness of my existence. I fell like there is no returning to how it used to be. Who wants to buy me a donut to celebrate? I like maple bars, and anything with sprinkles, OOH! Old fashioned, and ....yum...... just no filled donuts.

Some times, us old folks reach five questions and stay at it for a month. Yes, a whole month. (Okay, so one of them posted a couple weeks ago. And only the oldest one is a month old. But the other 4 (or 5, until that one posted) were all over hours).Katya wrote:I'm not going to buy you a donut, but I will congratulate you.squirrel wrote:Guys!!!! Well, I remembered that I have a show coming up that I still need to make a lot of merchandise for, so I haven't been doing it.squirrel wrote:C is for wrote:I guess it's a little embarrassing that we haven't kept up on titles for the past couple years...
But no one's been asking.So... what's the verdict?bobtheenchantedone wrote:There was a time when Writers got titled fairly consistently, but that was like 3+ years ago. (Holy crap I've been an admin that long????) Aside from that titles are only given out when we feel like it and weren't always a good thing (by which I mean that some of them were more for teasing purposes).
If I feel like it I may do some titling in the next couple of days. Just for fun.

Wow... muchas personas estan aqui.
I had a girl not believe me today when I told her I didn't speak Spanish. Because she was speaking Spanish to one of my friends, and I was eavesdropping, and then I said something to her, and then she assumed I could say anything I wanted, when really I am mostly only capable of listening. And my listening only got better recently from (I kid you not) the episodes of Heroes with the Mexicans speaking Spanish and English subtitles to help me process it.

That's kind of like my problem! Marduk's mom keeps forgetting that I can understand others speaking Spanish, and so starts using it when she doesn't want to discuss something in front of me.

SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS ME.
I suck at conjugations. Especially now. Because there are ZERO conjugations in Chinese. None. At all. So now when I try to conjugate, it comes out all blah.

Daaaang... I know I am Hidden User, but who are the other 3?
Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
If I told you, that'd defeat the purpose of them hiding themselves, wouldn't it?

You're gay? Does that mean our date is off?
Re: Happy Days in Random Chatter 10
Man, so he just pretended to be straight to get out of dating me! That's so low.

104 books on two different lists (one by ISBN, and one by author and title). Well, 107, but 3 are duplicates. Not bad for a few hours work. But there are SO MANY shelves left to go. They don't look like that many books! Until I want to move, or I have to list them all, and then I wonder how I possibly got so many.

More or less low than Zed's roommate pretending to be queer to get out of a date?
Also, Uffish, I'm totally serious that I'll take you on a date if you're in the Valley some time.
Also, the Chinese word for coming out of the closet is literally "leave the cabinet" or "depart from the closet."

Gio- I only know how to say one thing in chinese- i'll do my best to sound it out-
Gay-wo ( o as in sold) chu- wo- uh- luh
Thankfully I don't know how to say smiley face in chinese because then I'd have to sound that out too. And anyway- smiley faces don't need translation.
