I'm only slightly annoyed that this person signed as "Bleeder". I associate "bleeder" with "hemophiliac". Maybe it's just me nitpicking, but you can't call yourself "Bleeder" until you've had the terrifying experience of getting a cut and not knowing when it will stop.
Or the strangely fascinating experience of a shaving cut streaming enough blood that when you walk, you leave blood footprints.

I wonder what people with both hemophilia and diabetes do, who have to frequently prick their finger to check their blood sugar and inject insulin multiple times a day (speaking more of type I).

Well, that would not be fun. I've never really had a problem with such tiny needles, but then again I've never pricked my finger with the intention of it bleeding.
