Wow. That's a surprise to me!
I'm more excited for Starcraft 2 though.

Ditto on the Starcraft II. However, the gameplay video for Diablo III looked good. Better story aspects, apparently. Very bloody, but I believe the Diablo games let you scale down the gore.

My friends and I are attempting a celebratory party with D2, but I can't get it to work with Vista. Is anyone here expert in compatibility issues?

This site has some suggestions. I just did a Google search for "diablo 2 vista" and got a lot of results. If connecting to battle.net is your problem, my experience and the web results suggest that it may be a firewall issue. I actually have to disable my firewall to play Warcraft III in multiplayer, and I only have XP.

I have vista and I play D2 all the time. They just released the 1.12 patch with the new announcement, so there's a ton of people pulling it back out and playing.
I'm on US West if anyone's interested in a few runs.

I am quite impressed at how busy the boys at Blizzard have been: Diablo 3, StarCraft 2, and World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King?
Dang.

I have a sudden hankering for a new Blizzard world though. Maybe I just have an aversion to sequels.

How can you have an aversion to sequels when they show amazing demos for Starcraft 2?

I am way excited about Starcraft II, but still. I want a Blizzard perspective on something new!

Call me. Or I'll call you. Or email or something. We have so many ways to reach each other it's sick.
Oh, and Ben, I appreciate the website. I actually found a few, but was too lazy to put them up there. I'll dig some more though.

Okay, discovery download on itunes is Diablo III Overture. FYI.
Sounds pretty cool.
But thick as you are, pay attention!

I'm not interested in the game, but the music's really cool.

I liked the Starcraft demo we had on one of our computers. I kept thinking I should get into the real thing... then I changed my mind.
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.
