Haha!! Yes, thank you for saying something, even if it was out of pity.

You're welcome, but it wasn't out of pity, I just didn't know we were supposed to be posting recognition of it.

Next time you post a quote, I won't fail you.

I'm getting there. I'm going to go back to work tomorrow, so I guess I'll find out then. :) I'm not feeling restless well, which is where I typically like to be before I go back, but oh well. I'm sure things will work out.

Well, get better, mate, and never get sick the day of a party of mine again!

I don't know what Sam's going on about.

Mate is a word that I use in everyday conversation. As in, I actually call people that while speaking. As my writing, at least on this site, is much like my speaking, the word 'mate' comes up rather often.

Nope. An eighth Danish, the rest generic American (we came from Britain sometime...), an' me soul is purely Irish.

We should have an Aussie party to celebrate our non-Australianness.

I'll bring the TimTams and lollies. I have yet to do a TimTam slam because I didn't like Milo and didn't imagine TimTams could improve the flavor.

For some reason, probably because I was thinking about accents, I read about with a Canadianish accent ('a-boot') then found that amazingly funny

I don't think I could come. I have a lot of relatives in the Australia/New Zealand area. However, I do love those TimTams.

You can still come, we need someone to show us how to pronounce everything.
