Dear Paris Girl

Post by TheAnswerIs42 »

To the person looking for a particular book today: if you substitute "suitcase" for "nice clothing" and "tree" for "next door neighbor's window" you have A Little Princess, which is one of my favorite books. That's probably not what you are looking for, but you should read it anyway.

Apparently I'm not the only one. That wasn't me that submitted that comment today. Which is funny, since it was almost exactly the same as mine, except that I was/am very confident it was not the book they were looking for.

Darn copycat.

For anyone who is interested, the book is Thursday's Child by Noel Streatfeild.
