Ummm, I think I'm 9 hours ahead of Utah, so if it's 12 noon there, it's 9pm here. It'll be 10 hours' difference when daylight savings time ends. Why?

I was just wondering. I'm not exactly familiar with African time zones and I was curious exactly how far ahead of us you are. It was simple, idle curiosity.
