Best of YouTube

Post by thebigcheese »

#59870. They took a lot of the really good ones. Here are a few of my other favorites:

Commercials:
Honesty Isn't Everything
Blind Date Flatulence
I Love My Period
Bouncy Balls in San Francisco

Pranks:
Astronaut
Japanese Porta Potties (it's pretty long, but the best part is towards the end...about five minutes into it)

Scientific:
Non-Newtonian Fluid

Stop-Motion Animation:
Her Morning Elegance
A Life Depicted in Typography (created at BYU)
Typography of the Senses (also created at BYU)

As far as non-newtonian fluids go, I think I like this one more:

I like the I Love My Period commercial too.

I will not share any of my favorites, as they would bring much mockery upon my head.

These are pretty obscure, but I like them.

1. Yateveo Infoganda http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kVs4TTLsx3s

2. The Erlking--Skit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nge1cVMbq3s

3. Peter Pan and the Mad Hatter--Musical Chairs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OQZ7HCTnxZw

4. Victor Borge--A Mozart Opera http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KZ4ZNbiO15M

Okay, maybe the last one has enough hits to be fairly well known, but I think that more people need to watch Victor Borge. I could link stuff from him all day.

You shouldn't mock me for having the same favorites you do! I promised I'd never tell, and now you go calling me out on a public forum!

Eric Snider linked to this today. I like it. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=80entLldZOg

Basically, the kids narrate their version of a story, and they made the video match what they said perfectly - despite the fact that the kids don't make any sense.

I don't know if anybody posted these already, but I just rediscovered the wonders of Zuiikin' English...
