Re: #68470, I've seen that show, and the plasticized face of the villain Robby Rotten kept commanding my attention while simultaneously weirding me out. Does the uncanny valley theory apply when a real human looks not-quite-really human?

I know, right? I always thought it was creepy, but my younger siblings watched it all the time. I was just barely young enough to sit through it.

He's wearing a weird plastic face mask thing, so the uncanny valley totally applies. In real life the actor is quite handsome. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stef%C3%A1 ... C3%A1nsson
