summer 2016 Board BBQ/Pool party/game day

Hey all!

I'm going to miss you guys when I move, and we need a BOARD PARTY!

I live in a really nice apartment complex in Draper with a pool, hot tub, and club house that I can reserve, and I want to see you all. It's been about three years since we had a large party of this scope for writers and readers alike.

What month do we think would be best? I will have to make reservations. I'd lean towards sometime in late June but am open to suggestions.

And I want to be clear that I'm happy to keep this a current student/Honor Code-friendly event. My complex doesn't allow glass in the pool area anyway, and I want non-drinkers, pregnant folks, parents, (and recovering alcoholics?) to feel comfortable. :-) Let's prove the adage that you don't need to be plastered to have fun, right, woohoo.

OTOH if you bring your same-sex partner/two piece swimsuit/socialism, you know me, I'm very hard to faze.

We have tons of board games, including the latest Dominion as of a few days from now!

Dang it. In the time from this first posting and now, I have gone from "pretty sure I don't have anything" to "dog sitting, wedding, not allowed to take the day of work, and hopefully camping, respectively."

I voted June 18 but I'm a for sure yes for any weekend. Actually, July 2 is more of a maybe because I can't guarantee that we won't make a spur of the moment trip to the in-laws for the long weekend.

Incidentally, I was briefly in Utah from the 11th of this month at about 4 PM to the 12th of this month at about 10 AM.

Other than that, I've spent most of the month of June in Lima, OH for work. It's exactly as exciting as it sounds (and probably the reason I'm back here again, because there's NOTHING TO DO).

You said Lima in your other post, and I assumed Peru. I was very confused as to why you'd have trouble finding something to do. But now it makes sense.
