Also, we are so off topic but I don't really care. : )
I know. There's only so many times I can bring it back with my personal favorite action verb, and somehow I feel this is important stuff to discuss?
Yep. And I don't feel like splitting this off.
The Epistler was quite honestly knocked on her ethereal behind by the sheer logic of this.

Just edit the title. That should assuage your guilt.

Yeah, I considered that, but that also requires work. I'm just feeling spectacularly lazy today. : )

Marduk, now that I know your last name, are any of your Canadian relatives in Southern Alberta, by any chance?

Yes, quite a few. That's where my dad is originally from. I have dozens of relatives in Canada, most in Edmonton, some south, some in Vancouver and elsewhere.

And C is for... now I'm a little scared. :P But thanks for the compliment! I suppose I had to get even, too... would you happen to have a very large macaw on your arm...? :D
Creeper. Ah well. I suppose that means we have a friend in common. BRB, with your name in hand.

I know C4 knows my name. But does anyone else? Fred did, but he is gone. I don't think anyone would actually care to figure me out . . . but my email address would give it away, if anyone has it.

Actually, she didn't figure out my name - I told her, basically. She is the one that is helping me with my "slight confession" post a while back, so since my email address has my name on it . . . voila.

You realize that anyone can see the e-mail address you have associated with this board, right?

They can only see it if you have it checked that anyone can send you an email, or if you're a moderator in that forum.

That, or the only words I will utter that entire dinner will be Mr. Freeze quotes from Batman and Robin.

(both threats are equally terrible)
I'm really happy that my Gimpy thing caught on. I'm proud of myself at this moment.

Just...still...no nicknames, Gimp. :D

People need to learn a few things around here:

1. You don't tug on Superman's cape.
2. You don't spit in the wind.
3. You don't pull the mask off the old Lone Ranger.
4. You don't mess around with Gim.

IMMORTAL ADVICE FROM THE LATE JIM CROCE. I WOULD HATE TO SEE SOMEONE GET HURT AROUND HERE.

Okay, well, there was a Kay (Your Last Name) in my home ward. She was from Cardston (or thereabouts), and she passed away a few years ago. She was awesome, and she taught me how to make pie crust. And my dad grew up next to an LDS couple in Edmonton with your last name, but he doesn't remember their first names. Well, I guess he didn't grow up all the way next door to them because he didn't move to Edmonton until he was a teenager. But my grandma lived next door to them until she died in 1987, and I think they knew the deaf Osmond brothers while they were on their mission there.
