Terry Tempest Williams is one of the faculty at the U's environmental humanities program. I bet if someone (student, researcher) were interested in the social science aspect of the environment (built or natural) there'd be opportunities ripe for cross-pollination.Whistler wrote:and now I'm really curious about environmental psychology!
I know that anxiety and depression are more common in large metropolitan environments. It'd be interesting to suss out cause and effect (in fact I think I remember skimming an article on this earlier this year, but got distracted).
